Cookie and Tracking Notice
Effective August 20, 2026
This short notice explains how browser technologies are used on the Casa del Arte website.
Necessary technologies
Serving these pages and running the embedded booking flow may require cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies that are necessary for those functions to work — for example keeping the booking widget's state while you use it, and ordinary security and delivery functions provided by our hosting.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party analytics cookies and browser storage to measure how the site is used. Google advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off, so these are measurement cookies only.
We also store limited campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid) in your browser's own local and session storage, so we can see which campaign brought a visit. Click identifiers are stored only while advertising measurement is permitted, and an opaque property-specific reference on our servers links that campaign information to a booking. It holds no guest details and is deleted if you withdraw.
The Meta Pixel is also present on this site and sets Meta cookies and browser storage. We use it for advertising measurement — page views, property content views and the start of the booking flow — and Meta may also use this activity for permitted remarketing and audience features on its platforms. Advanced matching is off, so no personal details are sent to Meta.
The pixel does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, if you have declined or withdrawn advertising, or before you have made that choice where your region requires one.
No session recording, fingerprinting, lead-capture or email marketing tools are used on this site.
Our hosting provider may also collect limited technical and usage information through hosting-provided analytics to operate, secure and understand how the site is used. This is hosting analytics, not an advertising service configured for this site.
In the United States these technologies run on a notice-and-opt-out basis with no pop-up, and you can opt out with the Privacy Choices control in the footer, Global Privacy Control, or your browser's privacy settings, tracking protection or an extension. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — and wherever we cannot establish your region — a short prompt appears first with an equally easy Allow and Decline, and nothing non-essential is set until you allow it. Strictly necessary cookies and the booking widget work either way. If we introduce any further advertising or marketing tools, we will update this notice before they are released.
The booking flow
The booking flow is embedded from Hospitable and runs in Hospitable's own context. What it uses in your browser and why is described in Hospitable's own policies.
Your browser controls
Your browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent the booking flow from working properly.
Changes
If what we use changes, we will update this notice and change the effective date shown at the top. Questions: chris@analog.properties.
