Four bedrooms across three buildings
Adobe house, studio and casita — six beds, four bathrooms, up to eight guests.

Private to the compound.

One in the Adobe House and one in the Casita.

During your stay
Casa del Arte is cared for quietly, without a staff presence around the house all day.
Armando is the property manager. He'll introduce himself before arrival, help coordinate transportation if useful, meet guests at the house for check-in, and remain available during the stay. He is nearby in Las Tunas and can help with the house, restaurant recommendations, local plans, reservations, airport coordination, and arrangements.
Optional morning service
- Available every day, including weekends; typically begins around 8:00 AM
- Up to four hours of service
- Breakfast preparation, serving, and clean-up
- Light housekeeping: making beds, refreshing towels as needed, and tending to shared areas
- One load of guest laundry for the group can usually be accommodated and returned the following day
- Guests may choose a quiet morning instead
Available by arrangement
- Additional time with Marisela, charged separately and subject to availability
- Grocery stocking before arrival: cost of groceries plus a flat shopping fee
- Additional grocery pickups during the stay, for an added fee
- In-home massage, private bartenders, drivers, surf lessons, and other recommended local providers
- Private chef introductions and coordination; guests work directly with the chef on menus and pricing
Standard breakfast groceries are included. If a request requires specialty groceries or shopping at a particular market, we’ll confirm any added cost in advance. Private chefs in Todos Santos often book ahead, so we recommend arranging one before arrival. Morning service may be unavailable on certain major holidays; we’ll confirm the schedule before arrival.
