What's at the house

Four bedrooms plus an open bonus room
Adobe House, Studio and Casita — four bathrooms, up to eight guests. The open single-bed bonus room has no door.
Saltwater pool and hot tub
Private to the compound.
Outdoor living
Gardens, courtyards, shaded seating and a long outdoor table.
Two fully equipped kitchens
One in the Adobe House and one in the Casita.
Filtered drinking water
Whole-house Baja Water Ways filtration.
Pool-house fireplace
Firewood is provided; Armando can help get a fire going.
Beach gear
Beach chairs, a cooler, and a cart are available.
Private pickleball court
Private to Casa del Arte guests, with paddles provided.
Air conditioning
Air conditioning in the Casita.

Breakfast and light housekeeping

Breakfast and light housekeeping are included and normally offered daily during a three-hour morning visit, usually from 8 to 11 a.m. Breakfast preparation, cleanup and housekeeping share that window.

The service is optional—you’re welcome to skip breakfast or a morning visit. Holiday service is subject to availability.

Bed-making and light tidying in rooms that are available during the visit.
Up to one load of laundry per day for the whole property, returned the following day. Guests can take turns by room or house.

Extra time or additional meals with Marisela may be arranged at an additional charge, subject to her availability.

By arrangement

Grocery stocking before arrival: guests pay for the groceries and Armando’s shopping time.
Massages, transportation, a private bartender and a private chef can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. For a private chef, we’ll connect you directly to plan the menu.
We can help with recommendations and bookings for surfing, surf camps, hiking, ATV outings and other local activities. These activities are booked separately.

Arrival and local help

Armando will be in touch to coordinate your arrival. He welcomes guests for check-in and a walkthrough, usually stops by once a day, and is available on WhatsApp for help during the stay. Before you arrive, we can also help with activity recommendations and bookings.

Booking terms

Cancellation: Full refund within 48 hours of booking, except for last-minute bookings within 14 days of check-in.
Cancellation: 50% refund of the nightly rate, fees and taxes if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
Payment: 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in.
Cleaning fee: $200 USD per stay.
Security deposit: Current direct-booking settings require no security deposit.
Where you pay: Rates are in US dollars (USD). Reservations are completed securely through our booking system.

This is a summary. For bookings within 30 days of check-in, checkout confirms payment timing. Checkout also shows any final charges, and the full terms shown there govern your reservation.
