The compound

Three buildings — the adobe house, the studio and the casita — set around gardens, courtyards and the pool.

Main living room

The shared living and dining space opens to the courtyard. The full kitchen is in the Adobe House; meals are often eaten outside at the long table under the pergola.

The gardens hold the last of the light; the ocean is a five-minute walk from the house.
